PIN Code Keypad
Our combined keyboard & transponder access control for door opening with PIN code entry and / or transponder are used as an independent standalone device such as a code lock or keyed-alike locking system / locking system with RFID transponder.
Depending on the version, the devices have a potential-free relay contact or direct switching output to which you connect your door opener. After presenting a transponder or PIN code that you have authorized, the relay contact to the door opener is closed or the switching output is activated. You can store transponders with RFID chips or alternatively PIN codes in the code lock.
The transponder and PIN codes are authorized directly on the device. Depending on the version of the respective device, additional separate reading devices can be connected to implement the lock function, anti passback and increased security.
The operating instructions in German can be downloaded immediately for each device in the item description. To ensure greater security, we recommend installing a reading device and a separate evaluation unit to prevent manipulation of the cables for switching the door opener. For access control in office buildings, apartments and representative public areas, we recommend our locking systems that can be managed with PC software and can be configured into a centrally managed and freely expandable access control system with event storage. The IK-POINT access controllers SC3001NT, SC3002NT, SC3004NT with Wiegand interface installed can be used as wall readers for access in the access area.
